RETURNS POLICY


At Mandea Art, we take great pride in the quality of our artwork and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • Non-Returnable: Please note: Special Custom or commissioned artwork, as well as items purchased on sale or with a discount, are non-returnable. Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase. No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period.

Refunds

  1. Approval Process: Once we receive your return request, we will inspect the artwork and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
  2. Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.   
  3. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g.,Artwork with obvious signs of damage not due to our error).    

Exchanges

In case an artwork doesn’t fit your expectations you can ask for a return within 14 days after delivery. You can also ask for a replacement, or a refund.

 

Please note: All return costs are covered by the buyer.

If you wish to exchange the painting for another within a period of 14 days after delivery, please contact us at contact us Form.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Lost Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
