REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY


Summary – Satisfaction Guarantee – 14 days

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it in, including its original packaging. 

Please note that commissioned artworks are not eligible for return or refund.

If the artwork arrived damaged, you can ask for a repair, choose another artwork with the same price, or a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of delivery. 

All return costs are covered by the buyer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned artwork. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Store credit for the full purchase price, or a refund to your original payment method less a 20% processing fee calculated off the total purchase amount.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

EXCHANGES

In case an artwork doesn’t fit your expectations you can ask for a return within 14 days after delivery. You can also ask for a change, or a refund.

All return costs are covered by the buyer.

In case you wish to exchange the painting for another within a period of 14 days after delivery, feel free to contact us.

SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning multiple artworks, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
